This project is an interpretation of a teaser for the 2018 short film “Fauve” by Jeremy Comte.  Fauve is about two boys who embark on a perilous journey near an open pit mine, in which one of them gets stuck in quicksand and ultimately meets his death. This concept utilizes the sensation of downward sinking to guide the viewer through the various instrumental elements of the story, including the stick, the cliff, the mud, the meadow, a young boy’s head, and ultimately, the fox.
